07 Days Return & Exchange:

Under this facility, we respect the customer’s deal. We know that your money is as valuable as our product is.

That’s why we give the customer 07 Days  from the time the product is received to be delivered.

So that if the customer does not want to keep the product for any reason, then he should inform us within 07 Days  from the time of receiving the product delivery.

The customer can inform us about the return of the products by WhatsApp, E-mail or calling us.for Contact us.

If the customer informs us to return the product within 07 Days  , we Products can be returned under certain conditions

And what are those conditions, you can see below.

  • First of all the customer has to give a valid reason for returning the products.
  • We will not send to customer, replacement products for returned products.
  • If customer want to buy other products, they will have to place a new order.
  • The products to be returned must be in the same condition in which we delivered the kit.
  • The product must not be damaged or stained
  •  Products must be packed and tagged in the same condition as delivered by us.
  • Products must be purchased from Sobarcraft.com platform only
  • The entire responsibility of returning the products will remain with the customer,
  • which means the customer will have to go to the courier service to return the product or the customer will have to pay the courier charges.
  • Once the products reach Sobarcraft, Sobarcraft will investigate them. In this case,
  • the final decision on payment refund will be taken by Sobarcraft only.
  • Sobercraft will not refund the payment if the products are not returned in accordance with Sobercraft’s Terms and Conditions.
  • If everything is correct in the process of returning the products and Sobarcraft will
  • allow refund, the customer will be given a refund deducting 10% of the product order price.
  • Therefore, for the returned products that were shipped to you by Sobarcraft, shipping charges, labor charges, and packing material charges, 10% of the amount will be recovered from the customer.
  • Overall, the returned products will have to be sent back by courier at the customer’s own expense.
  • You will also have to pay the charges that Sobarcraft paid you at the time of shipping the product.
